GENERAL:

Most products on the store have minimum 10% Discount. Some have more than 10%.

ALL DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED AT THE SHOPPING CART, but before actual check out and before you enter your credit card information. This allows you to see the price before making a purchase commitment.

You are transferred to a secure site before entering your credit card information.

We retain NO credit card information.

You get free UPS Ground shipping on most orders over $100.00 shipped within the Continental USA, except for liquid chemical products, Wessel products, all Glycol Feeders, and any products where it is written that free UPS Ground Shipping does not apply. If it cannot be shipped via UPS Ground additional shipping costs will apply.

There is a $5.00 minimum order on the store.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

We are not accepting Purchase Orders from new customers.

There is a 25% restocking charge for returns, if the manufacturer will accept any return of material. Some manufacturers will not accept returns. You pay the shipping to restock.

Not every product we sell can be listed on the store. Special Orders and Volume Pricing will be done on a case by case basis. CONTACT US FOR THIS.

Most Products ship in 5 to 7 business days upon receipt of order. If you need to know the anticipated ship time, please ASK. You will be notified of any back orders.
